Raw Protein Mousse Cake


 

 

 

Layer 1 

3 scoops Choc Peanut Butter Protein Mousse

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup cashews

1/3  cups dates

1/3 almond mill

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

 

Layer 2

3 scoops Chocolate Protein Mousse

1/2 cup goji berries

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup organic maple syrup

1/4 cup oats

 

Layer 3

3 scoops Choc Coconut Protein Mousse

2 cup's frozen blueberries

1/3 cup coconut shreds

1/2 cup water

 

Blend each layer in a processor

Refrigerate each layer in the fridge for 15

Layer each mix on top of each other in a springform cake try

Refrigerate for 1 hour

and enjoy :)
