Simply Natural Parfaits Recipe

  Simply Natural Parfaits   A delicious little recipe for breakfast that you can make at night for the next morning or whip up quickly before hitting the gym. Ingredients -       2 scoops of Simply Natural Protein Mousse (any flavour) -       50 grams of Simply Natural Pro-Oats Choc Coconut -       1 cup of Greek Yogurt (2% fat) -       1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries -       1/4 cup blueberries -       1 tsp cinnamon   Method Mix together the Protein Mousse and 80ml’s of water. In a pot, heat up the oats, and cinnamon until they start dancing together and brown up a bit.
