Shipping & Delivery

Here's everything you need to know:

After you order: Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the address you have provided us with. We'll also let you know that your product(s) will be packed and sent out the next working day. 

- Please note if you order on a Friday, your products will be sent out the following Monday.
- Australia Post & our factory do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive.

After your order has left our factory: Once your order has been picked up by the Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. This confirms that your order has left us and is on its way to your shower. Shipping times can also be found on this email confirmation.
You will then be emailed again confirming your despatch.

Arriving to you: Estimated time of delivery is 2-5 full working days. You will be able to track your order to see where it's at using the tracking number provided with your dispatch confirmation email. 

Please note that once dispatched from our factory, your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post / Star Track.
