Blueberry Pro Oat Pancakes


A yummy and nutritious breakfast option!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Simply Natural Cinnamon Pro Oats
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • A dash of water
  • 1/2 tsp bi carb soda

Method:

- Blend all the ingredients together

- Throw some blueberries into the mix

- Pour onto a hot pan

- Flip edges when browning
