PROTEIN MOUSSE 

How do I make Protein Mousse?

Simply add 2 levels scoops of powder into a bowl, add 60-100mls of cold water (dependant on preferred consistency) and mix with a spoon for 30-60 seconds. Adding a little cold water at a time is best to ensure you have your perfect mousse. You can chill the protein mousse in the fridge for 20 minutes or enjoy instantly as a guilt free snack!

PRO~OATS

How do I cook my PRO~OATS?

Females & Children: Add 50g of PRO~OATS to water or skim milk and place in a saucepan, bring to boil, stir, then boil for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Alternatively put PRO~OATS in a bowl and add boiling water and stir for an instant meal full of nutrients. 

Male: Add 100g of PRO~OATS to water or skim milk and place in a saucepan, bring to boil, stir, then boil for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Alternatively put PRO~OATS in a bowl and add boiling water and stir for an instant meal full of nutrients.

When can I have protein?

Protein can be extremely beneficial for multiple reasons and when consumed as part of a well balanced diet can not only enhance your bodily functions but support and promote a faster metabolism and assist with muscle recovery. 

Our protein based products can be consumed at basically any time, with breakfast, after or before the gym, as a quick snack or as a guilt free sugar fix!

 

What is NON-GMO?

Non-GMO means non genetically modified. 

 

Will protein make me bulky?

There is a long explanation or there is a short one. But to get straight to the point unless you start eating a cow worth of protein a day no protein will not make you bulky. 

Protein is not foreign to human beings and is available in most foods such as milk, cheese, eggs, meat, chicken and a variety of vegetables. The idea behind protein powder is that you are getting it in a convenient way that is easy and quick to consume, not to mention delicious!

If you wanted to consume protein the old school way, you would have to eat a big meal every single time you wanted protein (which will get you bulky as most meals with protein also have carbs and fats associated with it). With our products, you attain a high protein hit, with minimal carbs and fats, aiding you to get the lean body you deserve!

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Here's everything you need to know:

After you order: Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming the address you have provided us with. We'll also let you know that your product(s) will be packed and sent out the next working day. 

- Please note if you order on a Friday, your products will be sent out the following Monday.
- Australia Post & our factory do not operate over the weekend or public holidays. Keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive.

After your order has left our factory: Once your order has been picked up by the Australia Post, you will receive a dispatch confirmation. This confirms that your order has left us and is on its way to your shower. Shipping times can also be found on this email confirmation.
You will then be emailed again confirming your despatch.

Arriving to you: Estimated time of delivery is 2-5 full working days. You will be able to track your order to see where it's at using the tracking number provided with your despatch confirmation email. 

Please note that once despatched from our factory, your parcel is at the mercy of Australia Post / Star Track, so be patient and sit tight for your order.
