Simply Natural Parfaits


A delicious little recipe for breakfast that you can make at night for the next morning or whip up quickly before hitting the gym.


-       2 scoops of Simply Natural Protein Mousse (any flavour)

-       50 grams of Simply Natural Pro-Oats Choc Coconut

-       1 cup of Greek Yogurt (2% fat)

-       1/4 cup raspberries or strawberries

-       1/4 cup blueberries

-       1 tsp cinnamon



  1. Mix together the Protein Mousse and 80ml’s of water.
  2. In a pot, heat up the oats, and cinnamon until they start dancing together and brown up a bit.
  3. To assemble your parfait, just layer the mousse mixture, with seasonal berries and the choc coconut oat mix.
  4. Let your parfait chill in the fridge for an hour or overnight. Can't wait to indulge? Enjoy it right away!
